Uncomfortable beds, small pillows, holes in doors from poor room design/layout. Called to ensure pool was working before free cancellation ran out, was told it was, but when we arrived the heater was broken & sign stated pool was ice cold. Breakfast had a surprising amount of choices, but all the juice was water.

The carpets in the room were filthy. If I walked barefoot or in socks, my feet got black. Stains on the sheets, dirt along the edge of the floor/bathtub ... like they cleaned the floor with a dirty mop. I was honestly inclined to ask for some cleaning supplies. Won’t stay again.
