I had a room reservation and when I arrived the man checking me in kept arguing with me stating that I had a room with 2 queen beds and I kept telling him my reservation was for 1 king bed. While I was on my phone and bringing up my email confirmation to show him, he asked me to step aside so he can check in the gentleman behind me that arrived after I did. Then he went back to the inside computer, checked it again, then came back and told me I was correct. Once in the room, I noticed a few stains on the carpeting that were disgusting to look at. The carpet needed to be replaced. The chair at the desk, was so old that the leather/vinyl at the top of the headrest area was missing a huge 6inx6in patch of material. The chair should have been thrown out years ago. The grounds around the parking area were covered with garbage and back by the swimming pool, there must have been around 300 cigarette butts just tossed on the ground and in the grass. Not to mention a small wooded area next to the pool that looked like it was being used more for the local city dump. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for how much they charge for their rooms. One of the most disgusting hotels I have ever seen!

Book through a service, like Travelocity.

Pros: It was conveniently located. The room was clean.
Cons: Ice makers should be in working order. Floor in dining area was very sticky. Kind of "ewww".
Location: There was a Sonic just up the block. There is a wood fired pizza place and a burger place in downtown Kingston Springs. Great used book store close.
Internet posted room rates at one price. I called them directly: Whoa, no!!! Way high. I said no way to that. Booked through Travelocity for a lot less. I asked at the desk the next morning and they said if I needed a room it would be $137.99 plus taxes and fees. Glad I had pre-paid through the service. Room was clean, although the sofa had a couple of holes in it. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Wish they had had a hot tub. Pool was outside. Breakfast was all bagged, microwaved stuff, but it wasn't too bad (sausage, bacon, egg patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. Make your own waffle... Also had the standard yogurt, cereal and danish. Ice machine upstairs didn't work. OK for $67.99 per night plus taxes, fees and the Travelocity fee. Wouldn't stay here for more. We were travelling with a truck and a 12 foot trailer. Had a difficult time finding parking. Last night of stay we had to uncouple the truck and trailer in order to park.

If I had it to do over....

Hated it. I was in the middle of moving with pets, it was midnite, and I couldn't drive another mile. I stopped at this facility because it was a ""BW.""The free breakfast was a joke.I needed a garbage bag and they wanted $* for it. They gave me a hard time because, even though I was checked out, I was having trouble reloading the car (I was out of sight from the front of the lobby!). Rude, Rude, Rude.Very few guests there, I now know why. "
