Prearranged with upper managment to put cold groceries into the fridge in my room. Early, rold the maid to leave them in the room, made arrangments with the front desk- no problem she said. Come back in 2 hours after that, noticed everything i put into the room was gone!!! Went straight to managment, i had to prove i put hased the items and he had to call the day position managment to verify what i had said. Then i had to produce my reciept for the items that was gone, but i didnt have a reciept for other stuff that was purchased on our way here to san diego inotially..so i was paid the the recent food items gone, but not reinbutsed for the other stuff that was also gone, because i didnt have a receipt. Also hair dryer was broken, the chair is all ripped up and gross. Wouldnt even sit on it..And there was cockroaches....end of story, not staying here anymore, and i travel to san diego 2 to 3 times a year to see my son on deployment ..i will be searching out othrr accomidations for future trips. .

I enjoyed it was only a 10 minute walk to the base. The room was accommodating, although i did find a few earwigs and 2 or 3 roaches. Waybe it was because i was located on the ground floor... I also would find a few long hairs in my towels when I would dry off after taking a shower, but thats probably from being in a commercial dryer with other towels. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

My son and his girlfriend were in town for the Twitch Conf so hotels in the area were sold out. They first noticed the cockroaches on Friday morning when they found 2 dead roaches outside their door. The next evening they came home from the conference past midnight and found 1 dead roach near the desk and another 1 next to the refrigerator. There were a couple roaches that they killed and flushed down the toilet. We called and spoke to Eric at the front desk to report the issue and he said there was nothing he could do since the hotel was sold out but that he would write up a report to management. A few minutes later a cockroach fell and landed on my son’s girlfriend’s arm which made them both scream and flick it on the floor where it tried to hide behind the curtain. Again they killed it and we again called Eric to report this. The next morning we asked for the Manager but she was not in since it was Sunday so we asked the front desk, Lea to bring housekeeping and both of them came to room 127 to see the dead cockroaches for themselves. The manager Laura came on Monday and I was able to talk to her after calling twice. She offered to have the General Manager call me by end of day but no contact was made!! I called again at 5pm and spoke to Jay who was terribly unsympathetic and had the nerve to ask me why my son did not leave and go to another hotel Again it was 1am and all hotels were sold out! This is a HEALTH RISK as cockroaches carry disease!!

They hold your credit for 200 deposit but the chair has you walk in is ripped . toilet seat was ridiculous. I could go on and on but I will be nice
