Basic, clean rooms

Nothing to write home about, but if you need a basic, clean room to stay for a couple nights and don't want to spend a lot, this place will meet the need.

Miserable stay

This motel is horrid. While the price was good, the room was just sad and the 'staff' was horrid. The property looks good, clean and well kept...but the room was cold cold cold ;and this while the outside temp was in the 80's); there were no hangers and the TV was ancient. Add to that the internet provider was an outfit that required a new 'key' every 48 hours and no bath tub (shower only), a toilet that was not well 'seated' (went clunk everytime you sat on it)and you have the makings of a disaster. The 'staff' (front office) made me feel I was a bother. Example: I asked where to find a resturant and the reply was "its Easter; everything is closed". (I found resturants on my own that were open).I will, however, credit them for shutting down a large party in the next room after I called noting the time was 1am and it was a worknight. Again, the rates were good and the place was clean.....so, for a one night stay it would probably be acceptable....but for anything more : stay away. As for safety.....the peephole in the door was exactly that! There was no glass between the hole in the outer and inner panels so every bug could get in. Luckily, I had a bandaid that I taped across the inside to keep those out. If you come here....come prepared
