You get less than what you pay for here! Wad of chewing gum in our bed. Cleaning (or something) fluid on bed side table. Thin, scratchy towels. Poor breakfast. Looks like they’re trying to make some improvements, but a ways to go yet.

We were pleased with our room. It was clean and spacious. Shower was nice with plenty of hot water. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again

I gave it 5 stars because the hotel is excellent vslue for the money (I booked through Travelocity). Brcause it was Harvard - Yale football weekend, many hotels in the area boosted their rates to the $250-350 range. Said room was $100, including one of those ok but not great breakfasts. For me, it was great value for the price. Free wifi, clean rooms, comfortab look e beds, convenient location, etc.

A gentleman behind the desk was checking me in an informed me that the pool wasn’t working. I told him it’s hot and that wasn’t going to work for me. As I was talking to him, another female employee interjected saying well it’s our website, I stated that if it was on the web site I wouldn’t have booked it. She then stated “well you always can go yo another hotel” very rudely, and after that night I checked out and did just that. Will never stay there again!!
