We were traveling and stayed at the Courtyard Thursday to Friday and returned Saturday to Sunday. The place was filthy inside and out. Garbage in hallways and on side walks outside the building. Rugs getting off elevator onto floors were filthy and stained. Room was comfortable. Parking garage floor full of garbage and someone's clothing. There on Thursday and still there on Saturday. Such a shame. We stay there 4-5 times a yard when visiting our children. Will be looking for new spot. Also closed their pool.

This hotel was horrible.. between the noise from the street (sounded like a cross between Sons of Anarchy and the Fast and the Furious and throw in a few screams) and the a/c unit that turned on and off all night plus hearing all our fellow travelers on the floor. That’s not the worst part... never ever have I had to pay for parking.. we arrived in 2 separate cars and we ended up paying more than $60 in parking. We also decided not to use room service for our 3 day stay but at one point asked for the coffee packets from the front desk and they said they didn’t have any which technically we should have been given new ones every morning. Do not recommend at all..

Being in a downtown area parking is not included at cost $12 at the nearby city parking garage. Mask required but bistro is open and serves cooked meals for eat in of take out.

Stay at Courtyard for pool and it was closed. Would have booked elsewhere. Grandkids disappointed!
