We appreciated that there is issue with staffing everywhere, but the condition of this hotel was deplorable. Back entrance didn't lock, many doors appeared to have been forced open, VERY strong stench of cigarette smoke, torn screens, some patched with duct tape. The water pressure was non existent and the sink faucet was not securely mounted, unable to use shower. Absolutely disgusting hotel.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. This facility was marked on Travelocity website as smoke free. There was so much cigarette smell that I could not breathe throughout the facility. My room had a ripped screen. When I walked into the room the floors were all sticky. I left the facility and found A decent hotel in the area. Travelocity should be ashamedFor putting this hotel on their website. By the way they were flies and dirt all over the facility.

I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

What was really unique was being awoken at 5:30 AM by someone trying to enter our room. And they had a key that worked so they were able to open the door! Luckily we had locked the latch for extra security so the door only opened so far. Our floor also smelled heavily of marijuana. I would spend the extra money and stay down the road.

I would not recommend this. Our room was not ready at check in. We needed to get to a wedding venue and wanted to freshen up, they asked me for my conf #; had to go out to the car to get it. Gave me a different room, didn’t realize till after we came back that we had two full size beds. Could not sleep with my husband. We were supposed to have room 133, but they could get 175 for that, not what was confirmed by you.
