There were no pillow cases on the pillows. The loudest alarm on earth went off at 4 am, had to be at hotel at 5. Horrible. Man at front desk from chicago was great, though.

I actually waa forced to evaluate due to smoke in the building at 3 a.m. The safety systems all worked as they should've and I was refunded the cost of the room. Crappy experience but handled professionally and to my approval.

Advertising 24/7 airport shuttle so I was willing to pay more than other hotels. Then there wasn’t early am shuttle and had to Uber last minute. No accommodations made. The room didn’t have tissues the remote not working found bits of garbage on the floor and the halls were dirty the surrounding afresh unkept. Not worth $240!!!

Construction Detours and therefor hard to find. Hot breakfast was a frozen buritto you have to microwave. Dead bugs in my room. Prior guest bath water still in the tub and could not shower. Room above dumpsters which was utilized at 230am. Horrible experience

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I cannot express how disgusting, poorly run, stinky, not vacuumed at all, every surface was scary to touch. Didn’t even have a shower curtain to take a shower for over a day, after repeated requests. Never again for Quality Inn
