Likes: Location to beach No bedbugs!!Yay! Dislikes: Hit with extra twenty dollar incidental fee on each room at check-in. Was told it would be refunded after three business days...we shall see. Hotel's floors could use a good scrubbing!

The breakfast is nicely done and varied each morning. I suggest emphasizing that NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED!!!! There was evidence one morning of smoking at 6:30 AM on the balcony below our room. Rodney at the front desk was awesome setting us up even when we arrived 3 hours early!!!!

We were very disappointed in the service we were shown. First thing we checked in and went to the room and it was not completly ready yet. We asked for a ice bucket several times and never received it. We asked for clean towells for the next day and didn,t receive them until we went to the desk and asked for them. We were also planning to spend some time in the pool but witnessed a young boy standing out of the pool and urinating un the water. To say the least we had no desire to go swimming. Finally the pictures on website showed a hot tub next to pool but here was no tub. It seems with the prmium price that was charged for these 2 days you would have more responsible people working for you.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Your opinion is valued greatly and it helps us maintain an excellent standard of service to our customers. I am sorry your room was not ready at check in. We are suffering lack of housekeepers which is causing the delay and we will not take short cuts with cleaning as it's important to meet Hilton CleanStay program. We are also finding that guests are taking ice buckets to the beach or when they depart leaving us with limited inventory. We have placed an order and we are waiting for delivery. I am very disappointed to read that a child was urinating in the pool and of course this is unacceptable. If this incident was not reported to the front desk, there is no way for us to sanitize and resolve the issue. Since our renovation, we have removed the hot tub images online and the pictures you see are from past photos from guests or 3rd party websites that have not updated theirs photos. Our website along with Hilton sponsored 3rd parties have updated images reflecting the renovation. Despite of these unfortunate issues, we hope you enjoyed the beach and all the amenities the hotel offered. Safe travels! Ann Smith, Director of Sales
