A complete home that offers 3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom, nicely equipped kitchen, a living room. Easy access to I-91, restaurants, shopping, gas stations, and a movie theater all located within a mile. It's within a 10 minute drive to Quinnipiac University, Yale University, and Yale hospital. It will suite your needs for a business trip as well as a family trip.
1. **No Parties Allowed:** We maintain a serene environment, and as such, parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.

2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. **Immediate Departure for Violations:** In the event of any policy violations, immediate departure will be enforced. Additionally, a $200 penalty will apply to cover associated costs.

4. **Towels for Personal Use Only:** Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal. Makeup removal wipes are provided for your convenience.
