The hotel was conveniently located for our purposes, was in great condition and our request for every other day housekeeping at 11 am was executed perfectly. There seems to be staffing issues for their advertised bar and food services plus 24/7 coffee. Most nights there was no bartender. The cook filled in as server and a shift manager was able to pour a glass of wine or hand over a beer or canned cocktail but no mixed drinks. It was strange. The breakfast was decent, loved the bacon and yogurt with fruit. Parking is an issue. There are 32 parking spots in their lot plus 4 handicapped and 3 EV chargers. You pay $15/day and have a parking tag which must be hung from the front mirror. On two nights the lot was full and there were gatherings of young people in the lobby area. Many cars did not have a parking tag so we surmised that some of those hanging out in the lobby we're not guests of the hotel. It was raining a lot and annoying to have to park in the garage and walk a few blocks. However, Laura at the front desk credited us partially for the inconvenience. She was the most helpful staff person we encountered. While our room was as described and comfortable, our "view" had to be one of the worst - 2nd floor looking onto a roof of mechanical equipment and the parking area with train tracks behind it. Fortunately, the trains were fairly quiet. We reserved a week's stay and one wonders why we were given such a poor location.
