Our room didn't have air conditioner so it was stuffy and hot refrigerator didn't work shower head in the shower was loose

Forgot to mention at checkout ... Heat pump struggled to keep up ... about 40 degrees outside and about 60 degrees inside. Bed mattress box might have broken slat(s) under mattress (side toward bathroom). Had to sleep diagonally to not fall into hole. Otherwise all was good and a quiet sleep.

The staff knew my son was checking in late and when he arrived they refused to let him check in and made him sleep in his car, telling him to come back at 8am because they had to check some "report". He came back at 8am and they informed him that they had cancelled the reservation and they would refund our money!!! The entire area had been sold out for weeks because of the Rolling Loud music festival that was in town. The were no hotel rooms available unless you wanted to pay close to $400/night for a Motel 6 or similar place that is typically $79/night. I believe they cancelled the reservation because they could get three times the money from people going to the festival! I will never stay at another Motel 6.

There was nothing that i liked. I got there at 3:30 and they had no rooms clean didnt get a room til 5:30 And the room was dirty. Never stay there again

I personally go to California all the time and use Motel 6 as a go to cheap room since wild in Calley you spend most of your time driving to and from areas for entertainment when I arrived it was 3 AM in the morning they were sold out but I paid my room for my room in advance so that when I got there I could go in and take a shower and get ready for bed when I got there I was given a handicap helpful room which had a handicap bathroom area I did not mind it but the bathroom smelled like urine there was still hair in the bath room from the last person that was in the room the shower was coming off of the wall so I went over to the front desk and I let them know that the bathroom was really bad that the shower was falling apart and it was very hard and uncomfortable to take a shower over the phone from the front desk they asked for me to come back in the morning and maybe possibly more rooms were available that way I could probably get switched out into another room when I got up in the morning and went to the front desk the guy working told me that he would have maintenance come over and fix the bathroom and have the cleaning Come in to clean the room again which I find funny due to Covid the room should have been cleaned before I was even there when I adjusted that situation he told me there was nothing he could do. When I called and spoke to management he Brush me off and said sorry about the inconvenience
