I had stayed here before, when the hotel was under previous ownership. The hotel is basically still the same. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the check-in process was easy.

It's been a while since we stayed here, but this recent stay reminded us why we like this hotel so much. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the view of the San Francisco was spectacular! This hotel can be a little pricey, but we managed to get a great rate for our "getaway". :) We're very happy with this hotel and will definitely return!

Great location to San Francisco! Nice Uber/Lyft/Taxi location and price! Unfortunately, no mini fridge beverage service. The beverages in vending machines were priced too high ...$3.00/can. Also, no complimentary continental breakfast. Kinda thought that would be included, considering the room rates. Check-in/ front desk staff were great. Very helpful. Nice room. Very clean and comfortable.

This is simply a great hotel! I found a good rate, at Travelocity, and had yet another excellent stay! The room was perfect in every way imaginable (clean, quiet, comfortable bed, great wifi, and so on). Highly recommended!
