Property was sold in the last year or so. The hotel is outdated but they are in the process of remodeling the rooms. The elevator has an expired permit and is in need of updating. The staff is the reason I gave it a 4 rating. The AC kept popping a switch and shutting off, they were right there to reset it....although it shouldn't have been an issue. Very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is great, free parking. Anaheim Rapid Transit used to make a stop at the hotel, this is no longer an option so hopefully they will come to terms and make that happen again, otherwise if you don't want to drive...get ready to Uber everywhere. I've stayed here many times, but may look into different options the next time based on price.

Using the key card to get the a/c on was a pain. The staff had to come and help with it as the instructions on the wall said nothing about hitting the little fan button to get it started. Then, even after it was running, it never cooled down.

The room was like a suite. The hotel is older and could use some improvements. The rooms were large. My couch seats needed replaced. This is a good property, but could use some improvements.

The sofa in our room reeked of cat urine. After less than an hour parked before displaying my parking pass, i found a slip of paper on my car claiming I was parked illegally and that my car was scheduled to be towed at any moment. After claiming to offer breakfast on the Travelocity web site, not only was there no breakfast, only a small bottle of water and a granola bar, the front desk argued with my wife over giving my son a bottle of water.

On behalf of the hotel, I would like to give you my sincere apologies about the warning you received for not having a parking pass as soon as you parked. We don't want anyone other than our guests parking in our lot. Thank you for staying with us.

This hotel is run down and in need of improvements. The room felt old and dingy. A/C didn’t work great. The entire facility felt tired. Staff were not very friendly. And the $100 deposit that is charged to your card seems unnecessary. It will hopefully be refunded as promised.

Location was not far from the stadium with plenty of restaurants and other locations for entertainment or dining just down the street. Room was clean, some things seemed a little worn but the room was fine enough.
