Great Place
We loved this property! It looked great, was nice and clean, and in a great location. We went to Orlando, Tampa, Kissimme, and Cape Canaveral. This property was central to those places.

Great place to stay
This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in around Disney. Plenty of room, great location, clean, plenty of supplies, we paid for pool heat and the pool was nice and warm everyday! We will definitely save this house for our future stays!

Thoughtful Hosts & Great Stay
My family along with my Mom stayed at the house over Christmas Eve & Day. The manager made the house welcoming and ready for our holiday with a beautiful tree. Any issues were handled quickly and without fuss. The location was fantastic with a grocery store close by. The drive to the parks was about 25-30 minutes, which wasn't bad. The house was clean, beds were soft & it was all perfect for our needs. The added touch of soaps/shampoos in the bathrooms, dish soap & other kitchen items and a small container of laundry soap was especially nice. We would definitely stay here again.

When we picked this house, the main reason was for the pool , bbq and games on the property. After checking in we found that none of the reasons we selected the property , were worth it. The house has a great layout and though its a few extra minutes from the Disney parks, the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We to are VRBO owners and rent our home in Scottsdale, so it was nice being a guest , to see what other VRBO owners do for their guests and see if we can add those ideas for our guest. Here are some issues we had with the house No blinds on front door, anyone can look into house and see all the way to back of house. The vertical blinds in the kitchen had 11 missing panels , so no privacy in the kitchen. The air hockey was not working, and from prevoius review , was never fixed. The BBQ grill was so dirty , that you wouldnt want to cook anything on it. The supplies that they offer is very minimal, to us if guest spend money renting your home , you provide them with more and better quality supplies. The beds are very creaky, but mattress very comfortable. The furniture was on the cheaper side, the couches are not very comfortable, though the main couch is a pull out bed, which may be the reason. A voicemail into our property manager , went unreturned. Until the owner/property manager fixes these issues , I would not recommend this home.

This rental was just as described and pictured. We were provided all necessities needed to make our stay seamless. Check in/out process was effortless. When in the area I would definitely stay again.

Very Nice And Comfortable Home
I would say overall a very nice place to stay when in the area or visiting the theme parks. Only very minor issues: the air hockey table didn't work so the kids were a little disappointed in that. We had actually planned a day to play in the pool and grill so it was a little bit of a disappointment the grill was inoperable but the pool kept the kids occupied so not too bad of an issue. Location was not too bad about 10 to 15 minutes from Walmart or a nice shopping center. And it took us about a 30 minute drive to get to SeaWorld. Bright side was definitely that the home was very clean neat and tidy. And the beds were amazing. Probably the most comfortable bed I have slept on in the 15 plus rentals we have visited over the years.
