The nice decor and cleanliness. The elevators were slow and one not working but I like how you need a key to get in the side of the building for security.

Booked the hotel due to being 1.5 miles from amway center. Not a convenient walk but the complimentary Lyft service was great! The rooms and bathroom were very spacious but we did find some leftover takeout bags and fortune cookies crammed next to the desk!l. The complimentary breakfast was great and had a different variety each morning we were there. Overall great hotel and would stay there again.

Curtain does not close completely, preventing room from being dark. Bed is very comfortable, but pillows are terrible. Very noisy outside. Heard doors slamming at 2 a.m.

The room was huge and very clean, with two queen beds and a refrigerator. The bathroom ig bathroom, too, and all for a very fair price so close to downtown Orlando. I didn't love the breakfast in the morning (two kinds of sausage but no bacon, and a couple of other things I didn't love), but the coffee at all of the Hampton Inns is always great and the breakfast was included in the price, so you really can't beat it.
