I had removed the privacy sign hanging on the door Expecting the room to be cleaned. But no luck. I tried calling the front desk and house keeping a few times. Again no luck connecting. My room was never cleaned during my 2 day stay. Is this really a Marriott. Dissatisfied customer. Diane

Thank you for taking the time to share your post. Due to the on going pandemic, Housekeeping service no longer happens daily and is only available upon guest request. I will check with our Engineering department regarding the quick buttons on the phone that would get you connected to the Front Desk or Housekeeping. There is a good possibility that those quick buttons are not registered to connect to those departments, but the maintenance crew will look into it. Again, I am sorry that you were unable to get a hold of someone to get the room cleaned. We sincerely apologize. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your post.

The suites are large ,with a full kitchen , beds were comfortable. Overall they enjoyed their stay at this hotel.

Perfect for solitude

Pros: The studio room was large and comfortable. Everything looked brand new; it was so clean.
Such a quiet location; lots of trees, and the golf course is so pretty. Early one morning, I heard two owls very close by, and going outside I saw one on the rooftop. I never heard any of the other guests while in my room, but it appeared to be very full. The breakfast was not anything special, but they did have sausage and scrambled eggs in addition to the standard hotel make-it-yourself waffles and toast-it-yourself bagels. The staff were very friendly. I will definitely book here again.

Large, clean suite

Pros: Clean, modern, excellent real breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Location is good, away from traffic and commercial sites.
The suite was modern, clean and comfortable. The only negative was the noisy neighbors. This place is like a resort-many children.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Every single staff member that we came across was so polite and helpful, you could tell that management puts a lot of emphasis on customer service, everyone looked us in the eye and greeted us warmly. The breakfast was a full spread, and the room was spotless. I felt like I was staying at my own apartment, all the amenities that you could ask for! Walking around the hotel grounds I found it to be clean and well kept, will definitely stay here again
