It was filthy. Paint peeling off walls, water damage and hair in the bathroom.

The sheets were not clean. Dried body fluids and a booger were on the sheets. The blanket had large red stains. The heater had not been turned on and when we did so the fire alarm went off (another reason I called the front desk). We set the heat to 70 degrees. The heater cycled on and off every few seconds (not even minutes between cycles) all night. The room temperature was 79 degrees in the morning. There was a puddle of water under the toilet. A pillow was missing from one bed. The shower head sprayed the wall and was not adjustable to focus spray on the body. There were no washcloths. The coffee pot was missing the critical piece to work and would not brew coffee. A "repaired" hanger with duct tape broke in the night a very light weight jacket fell on the floor. When I called the front desk after checking in to ask for a second pillow since one was missing the clerk (who is very very nice) said she had no keys to get access to the locked room of pillows. There was a sticker for some item that was $31.99 on the mirror which housekeeping had left. There are dried dead bugs on the ceiling in the bathroom. The vanity light over the mirror has a 12 to 18" break in it. The towel holder in the shower was at such a broken angle the towels barely stayed up. The dirty sheets were the real issue. The rest is simply an embarrassment if the property managers cared to pay attention.
