The Master and second guest bedrooms feature brand-new King-size mattresses. Your children will be thrilled to see their bedroom equipped with their own Roku-TV, 2 desks, and 2 twin beds; beds that could work for adults as well (provided they want to sleep on a twin).
The home is spacious enough for the whole family, up to 6 people, and there is space for everyone! Extra sheets and blankets can be found in the closets. The comfortable kitchen is equipped with a microwave, full-size fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. Very ample living room with 55 Roku-TV with Netflix, Hulu apps.
There is a huge, beautiful lanai overlooking the golf course, an outdoor sitting area with a charcoal grill, an outdoor dining table, and chairs for 6 people.

Enjoyed our stay!
We chose to stay here as our (large) family was celebrating Christmas Eve at a relative’s house nearby in the neighborhood. This property was the perfect location for us. Everything was nice and neat and as described. Our group of 4 adults had plenty of room here and we would absolutely return again.

Needed a place to stay for a music festival to rest at night. House looks new. Perfect for us. House was clean. Had everything and more that we needed for our stay. Easy check in. Plenty of space for 3 adults. 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms so was a plus! Highly recommend. We did not venture much in Palm Coast since we were busy in Daytona during the day but did while going to the grocery ( which was super close) store did see plenty of places to eat etc. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Trip
The unit was awesome very clean and very convenient to everything in town. It was a sad trip for my family and I due to the circumstances on why we had to be there. The owner was very understanding with certain requests and it was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying in this home if you are traveling to Palm Coast. I will have to come back soon and I hope the unit is available so I can rent it out again. They provide pretty much everything that you will need in the home. Awesome Awesome place. Thank you.
