The room was nice. The common areas a bit shabby. We only had cold water and thus cold showers around 10pm, which was very unpleasant and ruined the evening for us. Plenty hot water in the morning though. It was okay. Not sure what to expect in Indio.

Thank you for taking the time and giving us a review. We did have an issue with the hot water that evening soon as we were made aware of it we took care of it. I am glad you were able to get a hot shower before departing. one thing that will be consistent in Indio is we will offer great rooms at great deals with top-of-the-line service. So if you ever need us we will be here.

They were not friendly at all, some of them very rude, we got there early, and the guy behind the desk told us we could not check in until 3:30, but told us to come back at 1:30 which was fine, but we got there and he was counting money, and just ignored us until he finished counting money, he could have said, he would be right with us. The next day when we went for breakfast at 9:10, there was not much there, no oatmeal, no rolls, no orange juice, and the coffee was terrible, the lady behind the desk was not friendly at all, I asked her if someone could help us with out with the TV, she said they would come to the room, as she pointed toward the guy who was blowing leaves, well about 45 minutes later, after what was left at the breakfast, no one showed up, so I called the front desk, no one answered the front desk, so I walked down there, and she was there, I asked her very nicely what happened to the person who was going to help me with the TV, she waved her hands towards the housekeeping ladies, saying someone would be there, so I assumed she meant the housekeeping ladies, so I said, "do I have to wait until they are finished cleaning all the rooms?", so she got angry and said she would come to our room herself, and she did, but she was very rude. None of them were very professional.

We've stayed at this hotel in the past. The room prices are good. I liked that most of the things at the hotel worked fine. The bed, the pillows, the bathroom and fixtures worked, and this made the room quite comfortable. There were a few issues: There was construction material around one of the entrances. The vending machine did not dispense the item I selected. The breakfast was meager. No fresh fruit. No newspapers. There was various breads for toast, instant oatmeal, and coffee.

Very clean if a bit spartan. Breakfast was a little skimpy on choices. Stall shouldn't take a break during checkout hours.

The breakfast did not include bagel, or muffins,rolls or any of the usual items in a breakfast.

Property was close to where i needed to be so that was great. Walls are very thin. I could hear everything in the next room or in the hallway. Had to get up at 2am to ask people to quiet down. Breakfast is free but seems its 1st come, 1st serve as no one was refilling items that have run out. Staff walked by & ignored the empty food trays.

There was no one at the front desk when I checked in. I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone showed up. I had the same problem when I checked out. I showed a $50 charge pending on my debit card from Days Inn. I don’t understand the purpose of that charge, as the room was prepaid. I don’t mind taking my card number for possible damages but don’t expect to be paying a deposit and hoping it gets credited back to my account.
