We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish we had longer but will definitely return. This grand "lady" shows her years but certainly doesn't detract from her pluses. Mineral spas were an unexpected plus.

AC would not turn on in our room so it was 78 degrees. Ceiling tiles had water damage. Grout in the shower was all sorts of colors. There was a tile coming off/broken in the shower. No blackout curtain. Beds weren’t comfortable. There is a general smell in the building and the rooms. I’ve stayed here a few times and never been impressed or happy. Sadly it’s the nicest in the area. So glad my family member who lives in Desert Hot Springs is moving so I won’t have to stay there anymore. The front desk was very nice and professional. The building is old and gross.

The price is good and pools open 24H is nice. Comfortable beds and good area for sleep and little living area is nice and private court yard. Good layout just outdated. Looks cheap and “ old vegas dated look “ in the lobby. Spa reservation area with mannequin s and old dates area does not look spa like. But I recommend staying there if you want soacious rooms and private court yard and mineral pools. A place to sleep and make things easy
