Even though the facility was fairly new, the rooms were outdated. Lots of pools, however, no personal alcohol is allowed in any of them. Not sure I would stay here again

Fun with family before the school year

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and tons of amenities.
Location: Located in Palm Desert, close to many stores and restaurants, Wildlife zoo, day spas, golfing, hiking and much more.
We had a great time at this resort! Very spacious and accommodating condo, fun activities and pools to enjoy. My niece wanted to know if we could make this our "summer home" from now on! We will be returning next year.

Excellent hotel

Room was spa spacious, the bed was amazing and comfortable, and it was clean! The staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. If I ever go to Palm Springs again, I will stay there.
