Elevator not working had to walk the stairs to the 3rd floor I’m disabled I would like a refund I hurt myself walking the stairs this is something I should have known before check in I’ve been disabled for 14 years and I specifically picked this room because it has a elevator

Not what was advertised on Travelocity. Was not clean or updated. Smelled like smoke and could hear through the wallls. Room was dirty bathroom dirty.

Dislikes-Fighting in the hallways, kids running up and down hallways, walls very thin, can hear everything and had to have our room keys redone 4 times. Likes-Leslie the desk clerk was very friendly!!!

I paid for two rooms and the lady told me that she would have someone come up there and spray. No one never came up to spray the room. My room key got locked in the room i had to wait 1hr for someone to come make me a new key and when she finally came she had a very nasty attitude it wasn't that late (930pm).
