Clean, convenient and walking distance to the Financial Theater. The restaurant bar needs more staff, but overall was fine.

It needs to be in bold that you have to pay to park and hike to the hotel with your bags or be forced to use valet. We purchased this hotel specifically to park and walk to a concert. It negated the entire reasoning when we found out we had to pay to park at a hotel. Most hotels come standard with parking. Also the refrigerator was barely working and coffee machine overflowed :( - the staff was nice but had to get ice from bar - one of coffee cups was dirty as well
