Check-In was very easy...Internet was good...Room was very clean and quiet. We had to leave the hotel before breakfast started to get to a volleyball tournament and the staff let us grab and go whatever we wanted. The fire alarm did go off momentarily but was quickly resolved. We did no have water the second evening as there was a leak being fixed but they let us know.

It looks like they were short staffed but when we checked in both rooms they tried to put us in were not cleaned (beds not made, pizza boxes on tables) when we were finally checked a room they didnt have soap or shampoo. (Yes Soap) they said the hotel ran out. Never had clean towels after constantly checking with front desk

Reservation for 4 and we had 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth & 2 hand towels. Pool was cloudy, kids could barely see their feet and the pool area was not clean. Bathroom had black mold on ceiling & walls. 3 pm check in and at 3:15 housekeeper informed us that she still had not "wiped" down our bathroom. Only good, breakfast was not horrible!

The hotel is a great price and our room was clean. Like everywhere, there isn't the staff to pay attention to details and the staff they have are not go getters. We returned to our room after being out all day and our key cards didn't work because they get reset each day unless the person checking you in changes that feature. Our beds were not made and towels were not picked up. The pool is area is clean but the pool itself needs some repairs and there is no place to put used towels. It was 90 degrees out and the fitness room has no air conditioning. I'm not saying to rule this property out, but know it is a no frills environment.
