During my stay, there were multiple people loitering in the parking lot which did give me a good feeling. There were also people entering and exiting the property without staff knowledge. The on duty staff member was suffering from a sickness and using a tablet for check in. The staff member did not clean or sanitize the tablet prior to asking me to sign which is disgusting.

Check in was fine, the clerk was polite and our room was dated but clean. The hair dryer plug was broken as well as the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The hallways and the elevator had visible debris from the time we checked in until the next morning. The main reason I chose this location was the pool and the gym, both of which were unusable. The pool water was cloudy and did not appear clean and none of the gym equipment worked safely or at all. The "grab-and-go breakfast" was coffee with no sugar or carry out cups, granola bars, packaged muffins, and oatmeal with no bowls or microwave available. I have used Extended Stay before and I was very disappointed.

Took about 2 hours to check in because apparently only one person works at this hotel, and it takes them 30 minutes+ per customer to do basic tasks like check-in.

You get what you pay for....this was an inexpensive studio hotel for a one night stay before flying out. With a studio, there is no bathroom to buffer the hallway noise, so we hear every person talking in the hallway all night, and every elevator ding. The furniture didn't fit the spaces, so blocked parts of doorways. During the night, the compressor on the a/c unit began making this horrible noise that wouldn't stop. So little sleep. One of the desk chair in the room was filthy. Wouldn't even put my suitcase on it without a towel. We couldn't get the wi-fi to work properly and it wasn't very strong. However, the desk staff were pleasant and friendly. Next time I will pay more for a room. Lesson learned.

1. The treadmill in the fitness center slips and is not safe to use. 2. The elevators and hallways smell awful at all times of the day/night. 3. My room smelled of animal urine which worsened when the heat ran. 4. I had to figure out the code to get the TV to work - the hotel staff didn't know it and couldn't figure it out. It was 0000. Without it, you only get 1 channel. 5. There is only one luggage cart to use to load/unload your car. The hotel staff often didn't know where it was. 6. The "breakfast" is pre-wrapped muffins and instant grits. That's it. There was no bowl or spoon for those interested in the grits. 7. You could not change the channel in the fitness center. 8. The recliner chair in my room was broken - it did not recline.
