Nice Townhouse
Nice townhouse, as described in the listing, clean and no significant issues. Only problem we had was the main dining room lights wouldn’t come on, but there were plenty of other lights in the area so it didn’t matter much. But the place was as described, clean and nice.

The property was conveniently located near many stores, restaurants and basically anything you could need/want. It was within 30 minutes to just about everywhere we planned to go in the area. The property was well maintained and the owner responsive to questions.

Home away from home
I booked this listing for a little getaway in the city for my husband & I, and our 4 year old son. From the moment we checked in, the communication with the host was really good. The house was immaculately clean, literally looked like nobody had ever stayed there. Well stocked with everything you need for cooking and for laundry. The mattress was very comfy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with friendly neighbors. The pool was really really nice as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’ll definitely be back.

Great location, very well maintained property
If you need to stay close to RTP, this is the place to be. We stay at many short term rental properties and this one will be on our return list. The host ensured that the property was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a short stay. Being a five minute walk to dinner or a short 15 minute drive to downtown Raleigh and Durham, you need to consider this property the next time in the area.
