This place was immaculate. I mean everything to linens and the towels they all smell so good like they were just taken off of a clothesline really fresh and whatever I would definitely recommend this place to someone and I would definitely go back and stay again..There was no dust anywhere!

Location excellent for those participating or visiting Duke University and, specifically, the medical center. Reasonable fees. Rooms were spacious and mine was extraordinarily clean. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms well-supplied with clean linens. microwave and TV Other than a small food "store" in the lobby (which was very reasonably priced), there are few amenities. But within walking distance of places to eat. I would definitely stay again.

We checked in late due to delayed flights. The lady at check in was really nice. The rest of the time there the staff at the desk acted like i was bothering them. One sighed when i asked her about local transport and put her phone (movie) on pause. The main complaint i had was the hotel transit. We got a ride to the Duke University stadium. This man was pleasant and told us history of Duke. I called to be picked up and no one came after 50 minutes. I called back and a man who spoke no English told me i was in the wrong place. Apparently he had no idea where Cameron Stadium is despite my giving him the address on the sign. He told me i had to walk somewhere to be picked up even though i was standing where i was dropped off. I doubt he even tried to get us. I called Lyft who was there in 2 minutes. The room was really big, we got the kitchenette and beds were comfortable. Room was very clean. If the transit had actually completed our trip and the staff was nicer at the front desk I'd have given a 5 because the room was great.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years when I am going to see Celtic Woman at the beautiful Durham Performing Arts Center. This hotel has always been very kind and the room are aways very clean. I will stay here again.
