If you bring pets, dont expect room services. They skip your room. No clean towels or sheets. They ask you to hang a sign on the door that says you have pets ans then assume it says do not disturb. I was never given a do not disturb sign for the door.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Housekeeping service is by request only and requests need to be made 24 hours in advance. Housekeepers will not service a room if a pet is not crated inside. If the cleaning request was not made, you are more than welcome to call the front desk and we'd be more than happy to deliver fresh towels to your room.
