This place was absolutely horrible. They charge an extra $50 deposit if you don't use a credit card. First they said they could charge my debit card then said I had to use the ATM and pull out cash then changed their minds and charged my card. They ended charging me price of the room twice instead of the deposit amount. Even after I showed them my bank account showing the charges from them they still said I'd only get the $50 back. I still haven't gotten any deposits returned even though my room was in perfect condition. Their billing statement only reflects what they tell you not what's actually charged to your card. The room itself was ok but the bathroom was dirty and the towels had stains on them. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I rented two non-smoking rooms on 5-09-2021. I picked this place because the price was okay and it was close to downtown. With price in mind and the rating I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel. It was a bummer that they weren't serving breakfast yet due to Covid. Internet speed was okay. My biggest dislike is for some reason the rooms from 100 thought 112 area were assigned smoking, next room non, next smoking and so on. So the smoke was penetrating into our non-smoking room. The toilet/shower area has a weird setup, no ground barrier to prevent the water from passing over to the toilet area all the floor gets wet and the caulking around the shower needs bleach. The coffee maker in the other room was leaking the coffee. Rocks and trash were in the pool, deck boards next to pool were starting to rot and the nails were sticking out. This tells me that no one at the hotel keeps up with the maintenance and does not care about the safety of the customers. Someone can very easily get tetanus from the pool area. Someone grilled at the pool area and didn't bother to clean there mess.

My room was a little run down but everything worked as it should. ac was cold and not noisy at all. was very clean, room was very comfortable. houskeeeping did a great job cleaning, was happy with my stay.

Rooms were dirty and required maintenance doors didn’t work properly, fire alarm hanging off the wall with batteries removed no sense of pride from management

I don’t recommend this place it all,the first thing I noticed when I enter the room a bad smell,one of the sink hand towels was dirty probably from the last people and stuff didn’t replaced,I had to sleep with something covering my face due to a bad smell,in the morning I was planning to take a shower but never did,I saw a big area of black mold on top of the shower head about 4x8 inches,I think the whole room was smelling to mold,I did turn the heater but decided not to used because of the bad smell coming out of there Don’t be cheap like me and spend $20 more on a better decent room...I have pictures and a video to prove it

This place is terrible! Client service terrible and inadequate! The rooms , the restaurant, the swimming and bedrooms Are DIRTY, riots in the swimming pool, nobody fallowing the rules, bunch of kids with no parents there . Is a very LOW class hotel. I won’t came back here ever again!
