Staff was beyond nice, but very disappointed on how dirty the room was. I mean, DIRTY! The carpet and couch with lots of stains, huge dirty stains. They said that they would replace the carpets soon, but that it is not an excuse to leave the carpet so disgusting. Maybe my expectations were a little higher for a "Hilton" hotel. Are they also going to replace the couches? How about no shower gel? Want some extra TP, need to go downstairs to grab some. Unbelievable. This "because of Covid" we only clean the room after 4 days of stay. Seriously? Covid is over people. Stop blaming Covid for the lack of cleanness.

The carpets were dirty and needs to be clean. The hallway smelled of skunk weed (pot). Had to pay for parking at $27.00 a night.

We booked a hotel for the river walk area and ended been for the downtown. The hotel area was not save there were too many homeless people. The room air conditioning was not working. Room tem was 78 all night. We call front desk and they did nothing but gave us a fan. Only one elevator working, we had to wait a long time. Breakfast was closed before the indicated time.
