Thank you for the great rating! I know we did have a very busy weekend with guests and a wedding and I apologize in regards to parking. I do hope that the staff was able to adjust $10 off for the parking. Please let me know if there is anything I can assist you with.

I was very disappointed at this hotel. I expected it to a better experience being a Wyndham property. We were told we were getting a balcony overlooking the riverwalk, we got a patio on the first floor, no coffee for coffee pot in the room, rooms at same pricing at other hotels are much better, no microwave in room, I will not stay at this hotel ever again for many other reasons. Staff was not as friendly as other hotels. Location not great either
