We loved the location of the hotel but the valet was located at a parking garage so the staff had to drive your car to that location, which we didn’t like. When they returned the car back to us the valet attendant crashed our car into another behind it. thankfully our car was fine but we didn’t think the valet attendants went as apologetic as they should have been, maybe bc we looked younger and didn’t take us as serious. They did refund us our parking but just beware.

Avoid it at all costs
HORRIBLE it did not say anywhere that the hotel is located on a pedestrian street , has no parking, valet is 60 dlls and sometimes there’s no one ready to get your car. It’s located in downtown San Diego surrounded by loud bars, drunk people, and IF you find the valet you have to carry your bags your kids and anything you have in the car for at least two blocks. I had two sleeping girls, the area smelled like pot everywhere and it was pouring rain, lobby employee did not help at all and o my said I did get an email mentioning all that o just mentioned (obviously I didn’t, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed )
