No free parking. No self parking available. Valet parking was $45/day even if you’re staying in the hotel. Will not reserve room anymore.

At check in, I was asked if I wanted to use a different card for the deposit than the one on file. I said yes, please use this other card for the deposit. After we got back home, I noticed I was charged for the whole stay with the card I booked online with AND with the card I asked to be used just for the deposit. It took three phone calls & three days to resolve the issue. (Refunded on “deposit card”) one person tried to convince me that the charge on my card, which was more than the stay itself, was just the deposit & it’ll be back in my account in ten days. Also, in the first 10 min we were in the room, my husband tried to make coffee & when he added the creamer it came out chunky & rotten like cottage cheese. We called the front desk & asked for new coffee & creamer because ours was rotten. They said it’ll be sent right up, we waited 2 hours & nothing. So we left to eat & came back & when we arrived, we asked the front desk for creamer because ours was rotten & we didn’t receive the earlier one we called about. They said they’ll look, they didn’t have any downstairs but they’ll send someone from a different floor. When we received the creamer, all three that they brought us came out chunky, again. We booked this hotel because it had good ratings and looked very nice online. We were celebrating our 6 year wedding anniversary with a staycation while our son spent the night with grandma. We made the best of it but we won’t be staying here again or recommending it to others

Was put on hold each time I called guest services for longer than acceptable. Television was not working, had to call for an engineer three times Advertise food and cocktails from 7a-10p, restaurant was closed at 9:30pm

Will never be staying here they tried charging me for another when night I never extended it and when I arrived there was no parking what so ever just a horrible experience!

Hotels are clean, that I will give credit. If you plan to go make sure your ready to pay extra for parking or else you have to park in the street a block from hotel. Also , make sure to bring water and snacks. They are very pricey there.
