The property was okay.The staff was great. The furniture in the two bedroom suite needs to be updated and the beds were not comfortable.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the airport and in a safe area. Lots of area to walk around and good for kids. One front desk staff member did not make our experience good to start, she was rude and you can tell she had a vendetta against people who check in early. She was very condescending in her approach towards “guests”. Hospitality was definitely not her strong suit and she should not be at the front of customer service. The front deak is crucial in return customers. The manager handled it the way a manager should and gave us a room.

The air conditioning motor was right by our bed, and was loud at times. Also the overhead fan was broken. There was no on-site charging station for our electric vehicle. Everything else was very nice.
