We strive to maintain high standards, not only in service but also in keeping our hotel's overall look and feel. We are taking corrective measures regarding the room's décor and bedding accommodations. Our shuttle is available within a 3 mile radius and it is based on availability and if we have a driver. I didn’t like the hidden fees! I thought I had paid for everything upfront when I booked only to be told I would have a “resort fee “ charged to my credit card at the time I checked in. I was so shocked and confused. This must have been in very small print. Just please tell the customer at the time they book in big bold letters about this fee. It may not be an issue for many people but I was traveling on a budget. It was important to me to attend my relative’s wedding after the year we have had but I had a difficult financial situation as well. Please let the customer know about those fees and we can plan accordingly. That was the disappointing part of my trip.

We had a FABULOUS stay at The Dana at Mission Bay. The rooms were clean & everything was very centrally located to pools etc. The Restaurant was delicious. The pool experience was so great! The Servers took good care of us. The Staff was wonderful. We were here for Memorial Weekend. Any time I come back to San Diego I will stay here!!!! ❤️😊😎
