The room was big enough but it didn't have either a couch or table with chairs or a couple of relaxing chairs. There wasn't any paper and pens, menus or brouchers about things to do in the area. The heater and refrigerator wasn't working. All in all I wouldn't recommend or stay in this hotel

Pictures are not an accurate depiction of the property. They wanted a $150 deposit. Once we walked in the room, the TV, coffee machine and ice bucket were either broken or not operating correctly. We let the front desk know so we wouldn’t be paying for damages.

There were no water bottles Provided to make coffee or tea. I do not use the tap water, so we went to bed early, we are both over 85. Too years ago we stayed and water bottles were provided. We stayed at other Holiday Inn hotels in Palm Springs and water was provided.
