Shampoo was poor if conditioner is needed for long or much hair. Bar of soap falls apart in one use. No alarm clock in the room. TV remote low batteries. Cable receiver unable to receive signal from remote unless you purposely position the remote behind the tv and inches from the cable box. Tv on a timer and shut off every so many minutes and because the remote is both low on batteries and the cable box is not able to receive the signal from remote tv turn off automatically. One three way light switch was wired improperly and one of the three way switches did not work. I ordered a room with one large bed and received two full size beds. Room was clean and comfortable.

I'll start with the one big positive: super close to beach access (5min walk) that was lovely for boogie boarding and hanging out in the beach! But I found this place to be a little dirty for my liking- particularly the couch in the room and floor were gross, with dirt and debris obvious from previous guests, even some fake eye lashes left on the table. There were spots you could tell hadn't been dusted or wiped in a long time (felt like I had to avoid touching things in the room), there was pile of sand in the bathroom corner- not from us. Lost power at night and you could tell how thin the walls were, can easily hear your neighbors talk. The parking situation was awful, didn't look like a problem during the day when we checked in, then we came back from a day out and there was no onsite parking- mind you this spot is a busy freeway corner not really where I want to be parking on the street. When we brought it to the staffs attention that we couldn't park he was really rude- seems like for the price of this dump a parking spot should be available. I don't believe this place had any amenities, the hot tub that our room overlooked was off limits/empty. I probably won't stay here again.

However, you did not seem to have experienced the usual level of satisfaction that other guests have but thanks for pointing out the things we can improve on. This is certainly an anomaly and I will get to the bottom of why our QA failed. We will also see what we can do about having some updates to the parking area soon.
