Very clean & well appointed condo.
My spouse & I stayed in this condo several nights while visiting relatives in San Marcos. Everything was very clean with a comfortable bed & nice linens. The A/C was quiet, even overnight (& necessary in August). We loved the fully supplied kitchen which made cooking easy if you wish to dine in. Good Wi-Fi & lots of thoughtful touches by the host. We'll stay here again when in town.

Beautiful modern condo
This little condo is amazingly well thought out. It is thoroughly modern. It has every possible comfort for someone wishing to stay for several days or longer. Everything is new, and works perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. A+

Nice and clean apartment to stay
Very nice place to stay for my 10-day vacation. Very considerate to have thought about everything needed. I would spend more time there if not because of my schedule of having to go out often and everyday.

Minimalist and noisy
Noisy freeway is immediately adjacent to the condo. In addition I would describe this as minimalistic. The living room had only a small couch and tv, no chairs or tables, the dining area only a small high table and 2 bar stools, and the bedroom only the bed with 2 nightstands. On the other hand, it was clean and had all the essential supplies.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend
Came to San Marcos for my Birthday/Memorial Day weekend. The condo was so close to so many great restaurants, Twin Oaks Golf Course and the SD Wild Animal Park (places we visited during our stay). It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very modern, very clean and you could tell that the Host is very meticulous as anything you could ever need/forgot was provided. Although when I travel, I usually provide my own toiletries, detergents (hand/laundry) and even disposable toilet wipes, but all of these items and more were available to use, which I think is very thoughtful and appreciated. If I could think of any negative comments about my stay it would be things that don't directly have to do with the actual unit itself, as I thoroughly enjoyed the condo. First, whoever resides above the unit seems to walk around loudly very early (6:30am). Felt like a bowling ball was being rolled back and forth as their (I think) sliding closet door was constantly being slammed opened and closed. Kinda loud and slightly shook the ceiling. Also, there were people parked in our assigned parking spot as I returned back to the unit one night, but thankfully the driver was there as I pulled up so they moved their vehicle out of the way. I did however appreciate the fact that the parking space was a mere few steps away from the condo which was nice as it did rain as we were checking out. All in all, I would definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Beautiful Rental
My partner and I had a great relaxing stay at this rental. We did have to get rid of a spider and some roaches which probably found refuge inside from the rain. Besides that, the outside noise isn’t too loud and the bed was very comfy!

This is a great clean condo. Attention to detail is outstanding. Everything you would need is supplied. The location is very easy to get to. Good location for me to get to work in Escondido.
