Staff is nice, but they are understaffed, so you'll wind up waiting awhile at reception if a couple people show up at once. Nice facility, a little dated, but not a bad price for a short stay.

Great room terrible food

Pros: Rooms, view pool and grounds were all top shelf .
Cons: Get a real chef
Location: Drs. appointment
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was A one !! The food at dinner was bad and the breakfast buffet was the exact same food they give away with the room at most places. $14 is a crime to ask for frozen eggs and sausage . Dinner , which was not cheap , was terrible , Parmesian chicken sandwich tasted like canned spaghetti sauce on a breaded McNugget style meat ! The Chopped salad was even worse.

Cons: Sign out front needs illumination, was hard to find at night

Good location

Pros: The location and hotel amenties.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Location of hotel is close to the mall and the many places that I go to in SAN Rafael. I will be back next year for an event close by.
Hotel was located close to my event and easy to get to. Hotel staff and facilities were excellent, will come back again next year!
