Room was as advertised overlooking the ocean. Beautiful view, sitting on the porch having coffee, watching the sunset, etc. Wonderful, Perfect. If I have to mention a not like, the screen door, difficult to open and close. A minor issue, easily overcome.

Room had a nice ocean view; mattress a bit too firm for our taste. refrigerator door (outer door) needed a different closing device as it slammed shut making a lout bang. This was annoying (took a bit getting used to)

The place was great. Comfy bed, clean room great price. I was a little irked in the morning when the breakfast order arrived and it had an additional $7.50 in fees that were not listed on the ordering menu... Other than that, the room was really nice for the price and a nice place to stop on my motorcycle ride up the Pacific Coast.

Excellent location, staff, very clean. TV service is poor quality, in this day, should be at least 720, actual was old 525 (very grainy).

I like the central location along the road and how close we are to the beach. The room was clean and like the availability of drinking water (hot or cold) just outside our room. Only major thing was the smell when we first entered the room, it was an overwhelming smell of food and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell as well. Otherwise, both front desk staff (night of our arrival Nov 27 a male staff and the female day staff) were all very helpful and approachable.

It's a great location and the partial views of the ocean are great. In the regular rooms (with no ocean view), you're going to want to leave the shades closed. The little gas fireplace took the edge off of the cool ocean aire.

Liked it for the location. That sidewalk cross the street was beautifully decorated with wild flowers and humongous pine trees and of course the Pacific Ocean!!
