Besides not honoring request for a first floor room, the controls for heating and air conditioner all have graphics with no explanation what they mean. Bathroom lacked towel racks and since there is no daily cleaning , it is imperative to have a way to hang your towels to dry for multiple days use!!

Dear John, I'm sorry you had difficulty with the A/C. We do have a manager on site that is able to assist you with any issues if you reach out. In addition, we notified you immediately after you made your reservation that we did not offer daily housekeeping. However, we do offer to have your towels and trash replenished daily. We hope you are able to find alternative accommodations that better meet your needs in the future.

I didn’t like the fact that our request for a first floor room was dismissed by staff based on supposed lack of cleaning and staff. By our observation of the parking lot early the next morning, there were only 3 other guests staying at this property. And there are at least 10 first floor rooms!!! We were made to stay on second floor. And my wife has difficulty going up and down stairs.

Dear John, I'm sorry that you were unable to get a room on the ground floor. As you stated, it's a request, and unfortunately we were not able to fulfill it. Also, even though we have 10 rooms on the 1st floor, that doesn't necessarily mean we have exactly the room type you booked available. Due to the pandemic, we have been short staffed and have had to keep some rooms closed. In the future, I suggest you call the hotel directly and in advance if it's imperative to have the ground floor.

Balcony was spacious and well equipped with comfortable seating. Rooms were very modern and quiet.

This property has been newly renovated. The rooms are clean; beds are comfortable. Water pressure in shower/tub took a while to reach an adequate flow. There are no curtains, at least in our room, only wood blinds that do not provide adequate blocking from the very intense outside lighting on either side of the window. Room was not very dark at night; didn't get a restful sleep.
