Convenient location to Fisherman’s pier amenities and the beach for walking. Easy access to highway to explore other areas. Easy self parking. Room was fairly large and comfortable though lacking USB ports. Some noise from passerby’s audible from in the room but not significant.

This place is amazing! The staff is so nice and helpful. We were even able to get an early check in. Our room was THE CUTEST! We had stayed at a Hyatt Regency the previous nights before and my family of 5 said they’d rather stay here. Super close to the beach, State St and restaurants. We have loved every minute here 🙂 I only gave 4/5 stars on property conditions bc the parking lot was a little small. Other than that- no complaints whatsoever.

Clean, well appointed.
This looks like a modest motor inn from the outside, but has lots of really nice upgrades inside. Loved the ac/hear until bully into the ceiling and linked to a thermostat. All the fixtures were top notch. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable.

We've stayed several times at The Castillo and have never been disappointed. Service is friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is free. Easy walking location to the train station and restaurants.
