Great Place to Stay!!
I love this inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is super cute, and quaint. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it's in a great location. I flew in from Atlanta for my daughter's wedding and stayed at the inn for a total of three days. I would definitely stay here again.

I have never stayed at a more run down hotel in my life. It was absolutely gross. Had to additionally pay for parking, said to be “limited”, but, there were at most four cars in the lot at one time. Chipped paint everywhere, moldy bathroom baseboards and ceiling areas. Had to ask for more towels and TP. Never really felt safe and secure at night. One night there were men yelling on the grounds off and on for a couple of hours. I booked this hotel for its high rating and I really can’t imagine why the hotel has as high of a rating as it does! Please make another choice while visiting Santa Barbara, this hotel is awful!
