I reserve this hotel, because in the information say that they have free shuttle to the airport and when i was doing my check in the mr. In the reservation told me that they didn't have the service for the day off my check out, im disappointed because i get this hotel mainly because of the shuttle i didn't want to worry in the morning and now i have to spend extra money ln a taxy to be on time at the airport

Service was unbelievably bad. Actually seen - then ignored by bar staff. Restaurant staff simply not attentive. Housekeeping almost unbearable.
