Quiet, sparkling clean, and comfortable

Room very clean, with tons of clean towels, washcloths, and toiletry samples. Bathroom spotless. Cleaning staff never once intruded on us. Great soft bed with multiple firmness pillows to choose from and they are LABELLED firm, soft, etc. which is a simple, yet brilliant idea. HIE always has hot free breakfast (cant recommend the turkey sausage patties, though). Loud footsteps heard briefly from room above but not during sleep hours. Did not see a pool. Cool new phone with BUILT-IN iphone charging cable!! Nice TV with lots of ports. Plenty of free TV channels. Lobby had free fresh cookies.

My review of Holiday Inn Express in Santa Clara

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
Although I was at first concerned about the location of this hotel I felt safe and very comfortable while I was there. The staff even reassured me that it was safe for me to jog in the area. I enjoyed my stay and would return if in the area.
