Staff was very friendly, the complementary breakfast was very good. It actually had hot foods like scrambled eggs, sausage, tater tots & make your own waffles, not just the basic cereal, pastries & yogurt. The room was clean but in poor/outdated condition. The faucets leaked, none of the knobs for the showers matched & there was a hole in the tile behind the hot water knob. The sink faucet was corroded & the shower head was plugged up from hard water buildup so the water pressure was low. Even though we stayed on the 1st floor, the floor creaked everywhere & you could hear it creak when people above us walked around. There was a rolling desk chair provided in the room & the faux leather was peeling off really bad & was just gross. The bed was very soft which I didn't mind except when the person next to me was moving it felt like I was in a waterbed. The parking spaces were small & the lot filled up easily so you couldn't just park close to your room to unload. Overflow parking was behind the building in an open alley. Nothing ended up happening to my car but I wasn't comfortable leaving it in the alley overnight.

Parking was terrible. The parking lot was very small and we had to park far away from our room. Our room smelled old. The furniture in our room was terrible. The paint was chipping and it was old. The shower leaked all night and the water temperature was either very hot or cold. The bathroom was gross and the window was open, anyone could easily sneak into a room! We had a floor room and can hear everyone walking by outside and on the floor above us. I did not feel safe at this hotel. There were people sitting outside the room next to us all night drinking and being loud. The location was sketchy with so many people walking around at night. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone and it was NOT worth the $130 my husband and I paid. We are very dissatisfied and will not be returning. The pictures on Travelocity should be updated because they fooled us thinking it was a clean, nice hotel.

Sewer gas backed up into our bathroom when shower in next room was used. Disgusting and filthy bathtub, so bad I wouldn’t even stand in it. Desk was notified and exhibited little concern with no attempt to make things right. Old motel with exterior room entrances in a not so great part of town but advertised as a “hotel” with 3.5/5 rating. Old and stained carpet, ragged, ripped & and worn upholstery and altogether a completely awful experience. I will never use Travelocity again.

Would stay here again without hesitation.

The room was exceptionally nice. Very clean and I loved the folded towels.

Terrible Customer Service

I had som trouble when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk agent told me that there was no record of my reservation, that he could not look it up in his system but would charge the amount I was supposed to pay on my credit card. I told him that my stay was prepaid but it was my first time checking in to a hotel so I didn't exactly know the process. Then he said that my credit card was declined (3 different cards) and he kept saying that it was my cards and not his system. After about half an hour, we were finally able to check in. A few hours later I checked my bank statement and realized that they had put a hold on the amount they were trying to charge me on every single card that I tried to use to check in. After about 3 phone calls to my bank and a call to web everything was settled. It was just so frustrating to deal with. And to top it off, they put another hold on my credit card without telling me beforehand that they were putting it there and for what reason. The room wasn't bad, but the ironing board was beyond crooked (the iron almost fell on my foot a couple of times). Overall, the customer service was terrible... but the room wasn't half bad. Just make sure to check your bank statement before you leave this place to fix any issues.
