Great being steps from the Heavenly Tram, but DO NOT accept a room on the Heavenly side of the hotel. If it snows they start plowing the Tram Parking lot between 2-3am. You can hear the loud beeping of the reverse warning beeps comimg from the heavy equipment across the street. Makes for super, super long days when you're shredding the mountain and only getting a few hours of sleep each night. No coffee in the Lobby until 8am. No restaurant. Local Restaurants in the Village are $15-20 Uber rides away. Staff is actually super friendly, but the front desk doesn't open until 8am, so make sure you have extra coffee in your room and be sure you to get in the market for snacks and water before you turn in for the night!

Hotel was nice but wish there had been a stove top and/or oven in the kitchenette. The jacuzzi was very small - looked like it was good for 2 people only. We missed having a restaurant and bar in the facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful
