It is definitely an older property that’s been updated. VERY SMALL bathroom, no counter space whatsoever! Not at all what the pictures portray. Breakfast was good with many choices. Beds are ok, private patio area - NOT. “Private patio” was two chairs outside the room door right next to the parking lot. Overall, I feel that it is overpriced for what you get.

We've stayed here a few times. It's a "dated" property and could use some upgrades (they've done some), but it's clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast this last time was awesome. I'm gluten free and they had a big variety, which is rare for these "quick" free breakfasts offered at hotels. You also can't beat the proximity to great views, shops and food/drinks in Dunedin. Our room had a small fridge, coffee maker and a faucet/sink/bar in the room area, which was nice. We wished they would add safes in the rooms to lock up valuables and the pool needs to be resurfaced badly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable. The location is perfect for shopping and dining.
