Hotel is very central to Stamford for walking

Pros: central to Stamford. Rooms had a micro wave.
The hotel was just okay. They only have paper cups - no glass at all. The customer service is so so. The breakfast is pretty awful. I would rate the hotel just okay

Great Hotel

Absolutely a Great Hotel!!. Clean...Centrally located...Staff was Amazing!!..Cant beat a Room this Spacious and Comfortable Bedding for the Price. Definately recommend and will stay again when in the Area.

A comfortable hotel within walking distance of downtown.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We booked last minute and so were put in a King suite, which was great - very roomy with a kitchenette, couch, big windows and lots of space. It was a little more than we wanted to spend for a simple overnight trip however. The hotel offers great value due to its buffet breakfast - eggs, waffles, the whole works - and free parking in their garage. The staff on Saturday/Sunday was not very welcoming or interested in helping us - hard to find and unsmiling when asked questions. Not rude, exactly, but close. Perhaps it was just bad timing. The room was clean, and the bed fresh and very comfortable. The only ding was loose and frayed edges on one of the carpets - it could have been clipped easily and it's hard to fathom why they wouldn't do that. The bath was large, and the room had a separate mirror outside the bath with a hair dryer. The walk to downtown is literally about 10 minutes. There is a view along the river, now being landscaped with walking paths, which will be lovely when it's done. Overall a good value and great comfort.

It was ok for the amount I paid.

I was ok with the hotel until the fire alarm went off at 6:15am. There was no fire it was caused by a light fixture that fell. But you think somebody would say sorry for the inconvenience. So I guess it was to much to say. So I would not use them again.

4 star hotel for 2-3 star price. Clean, spacious rooms. Hot free breakfast. Great place to stopover for the kids on the way to NYC
